WTF?!?!?!
15 months... SOME little kids scare me near puppies, I watched a kid at the vet yank on the leash and "play" kick their dog the other day. (Not my kid to slap)
Anyways... wow, that's kinda scary... I wonder how well a 15month old can take care of another being???
