I like the hook closure my vera bradley carrier has on it. Tank will wiggle his head out of one with velcroe so I really like that mine zips up then has the hook at the top. I also like that it has a collar hook inside. It makes me feel more secure knowing he can't jump out if he ever gets the urge.
