Sounds like you are losing your dominance. I would first off get him out of your bed. If you need to crate him put him in another room so he doesn't disturb your sleep. He has to know that you are alpha. There are many ways to reestablish that like making sure you go through doors or small openings first, making him sit or do something before you feed him, etc.
