I agree your yorkie thinks the bed is their's ...he is just
letting you sleep in it...I have one that does that...she is made to get down when she growls at the legs under the blankets. She usually winds up just sleeping on the rug next to the bed....
My little male solved the problem and just sleeps next to the pillow so he can stay there all night... spoiled rotten....
