It can't be that bad. In her last years, I kept Muffin's hair very short. She was so hot-blooded in the summer and she never liked hair laying on her ears, either. If it did she would shake her head constantly!
She loved her hair really short, which is funny because I used to keep it really long!
She felt so much better and was quite feisty
with her short haircut. She wasn't embarrassed at all and neither was I. People still commented about what a cute "puppy" she was.
