I use the conditioner because I heard it's good for matts. I have to say that I am under impressed with it. It's very greasy and it hasn't helped with Kalina's matts at all -- in fact I think tomorrow she might have to get her belly shaved somewhat. That's where the major matts are. So far I haven't found any shampoo or conditioner I really love but I think I'm just inept when it comes to caring for my puppy's coat. I hope I learn soon.
