There are conflictinng opinions on where the white (pie bald gene) came from...I know because I asked the same exact question and just about freaked at some of the responses....Some very nice, some not so nice. All I can say is this after speaking wth many parti owners I believe it to be a gorgeous healthy breed of Yorkie. I suggest using the search tool on here and read some posts about the Parti...very informative and there are some stunning pics of Parti's on this site.
