In all seriousness, if its a problem, speak with your vet. I think they can put a stitch in there to help prevent it from hanging out all the time.

My little GUY'S 'thing' LMAO!!!!!!!

well see it does not just hang out, it does go back in! Its like hes fine, playing etc and then suddenly he stops and has to pull the ENTIRE THING out and lick and chew it for a 1/2 hour, then when its back in, he continues playing like nothing happened! haha
