I am surrounded with weird neighbors. We live in an apartment. LOL I'll just tell you all about them.......the people across the hall smell like ciggarette smoke and dog pee, beside them is the lady who refuses to park anywhere else and always gives my dogs dirty looks, the people beside us have a zoo in their one bedroom, above us are the super skinny people that walk hard. LOL I can keep going and going........
