Since training is not an option I'd sell one and keep the other. My moms Yorkie has to be the only dog, she likes my dogs to visit but also wants them to go home. Tilly was the opposite. She was lonely and wanted another furbaby around, so we got JJ. They had already lived together before, they came from the same breeder. But a lot of dogs don't want their stuff shared and it's best for the health and safety of the dog to just rehome it or the other.
