This whole China thing makes me so mad!!
And I'm sick of every American company taking production overseas where there are so few regulations!!
I had just bought the cutest little heart shape bowls - Pink & Blue - with the words Princess & Prince written on the inside for the dogs, when this whole China lead paint stuff started coming out. (There were so small, I was thrilled to have them, because everything I find for a dog seems too big for my little ones.)
Well back to the store they went because sure enough they were stamped Made in China. If they put lead paint on children's toys, I'm sure it's on a dish for dogs. Thought about buying one of those lead paint test kits, but everything I heard on TV said that those tests aren't even perfect.
Buy things local & buy American products.
