Not at all! Accidents and illnesses unfortunately happen-good owners take care of their dogs when they do, and try and prevent these things from happening!
But Britney's not a good dog owner. She's had several pets before, and didn't take care of them either. If she truly did leave the dog in the crib with the baby, that's not taking good care of her dog OR of her child!
