He is a good little boy, for the most part, he goes on his pad except for a few accidents, i am now investing in carpet cleaner. one neat thing I am trying is a no treats training. he has never had a treat for good behaviour so I just give lot of praise and hugs.
His only real bad habit id he likes to chew down on my fingers and toes. I dont mind the fingers we actually play that way with him but as his teeth are getting stronger maybe that wasn't such a good habit to get into.
He has several toys he loves, an Incredible hulk doll is his wrestling buddy and a small squeeker bear is like his security blanket, he goes everywhere with that thing, even sleeps with it. |
So sorry about the loss of your parents. That's really difficult. Jack is adorable, by the way. Yorkies are great pets. The chewing is mostly a puppy thing and they do like to chew on your fingers. Unless they bite, in a bad way, I have never discouraged it. Mine is 28 months old now and still likes to chew on my fingers, but she doesn't bite my fingers. There's a difference. I can barely feel it. That is just how she plays. The difference is that yours still has his puppy teeth and they are razor sharp.

I hope you enjoy the site. It's full of information and we have a lot of fun here, too.
