Hubby has that nasty acid reflux he has to be careful. Takes meds for it as he had some damage to his lungs from it (silent reflux at night). And after a year of meds, his lungs are normal (in the low range of normal but still good enough to take off of meds). So he tries to watch what he eats and how late me eats.
