Hi Lauren - Skylar looks adorable with her first haircut - she looks good in the yellow bow. I would say 10% tip is good for the groomer (for the holidays I would say 20%)....but boy this is when I'm glad I live where I live...NYC is high but for everything....I won't complain about my $35 groomer tab!
