I've seen these in person at the store near here and decided not to get one. They are roomy and comfortable, but if you have a dog that is tall, there is not enough headroom. If you look at a side view, the the sides of the carrier come together at the top and velcro together. This means that the bag gets very narrow towards the top and there isn't much headroom. Hope that makes sense.
