not saying they are younger than 13, I simply didn't realize that there was any kind of policy about age. glad to know that there is
and this particular "kid" claims to have bought 3 yorkies on her own. she just likes to stir the pot a little and it irritated me so I thought I would see if there was an age restriction or not. and there is...and that is fabulous. too bad this person is 14!! LOL
but as you all have said...some kids act better than a lot of the adults on here. sad huh!! but soooooooooooo true
