Forgot to answer the "how much" part...

For a 16 week old-maybe 5-10 cheerios, 1/2 to 1 tsp of peanut butter, or, if you're going to do the pretzels, no more than 2 whole "pretzel knots"...obviously break them apart so he doesn't choke!
