We had some tonight, which is what prompted this thread
I use them frozen...
1.dip in egg/milk mixture
2. roll in dry mixture of crushed herb croutons, salt, red pepper, and italian herb seasoning
3. fry in pan w/ 1/2" canola oil in the bottom, about 6-7 minutes per side
4. Put on broiler pan, bake 15 min per side at 400 degrees
5. Dip in Cookies' brand hot wing sauce, bake 10 minutes
6. Dip again in Cookies' wing sauce, turn over, and bake 10 more minutes
7. Let rest 10 minutes on broiler pan
8. Serve w/ Blue Cheese, Celery & carrots!
I did this tonight, and it turned out GOOD...but I'm still trying to find that "perfect" recipe!
