Don't know if I can explain this well, but I believe you are talking about a picture to the left of your threads or replys??? If you click on User CP (above and to the left), you need to click on edit avatar then browse through pictures on your computer to upload one onto this site. Again, don't know how clearly I can explain this but hope it helps. What I would like to know is how to get multiple pictures in the same place where they are scrolled through like a slideshow. Can anybody help me with that one?
