Here's what I do.

Chicken Wings by Misty

Set the oven for 375, and spray a foil-lined cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Take your (fully defrosted) wings and rinse them with cold water.
Put a scoop of flour (no need to measure) with a few dashes of salt and pepper into a bag for shaking.
Shake the wings a few at a time and place on the cookie sheet. Try to not have them touching.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway.
Brush with your favorite sauce (on both sides): teriyaki, hot wing sauce, bbq, etc, and put them back in for 10 more minutes.*note: the sauce can be pretty thin like hot wing sauce, so if you use bbq sauce, thin it with a little water.

Dipping sauce:
Put a blop of mayonaise into a bowl.
Sprinkle with a good dash of garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Whisk with a fork and add a bit of milk until it is the consistency of salad dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. It will thicken a little more.

Yummy!
