i can ALMOST guarantee you that when you put down his plate of food.. it will be gone! Layla gets fed twice.. and the food is GONE when i put it down... if she doesn't eat it she gets 15 min before i take it away. But she also has kibble in a dish at her disposal should she be hungry. i use the kibble as a way to know that she needs more food (the homecooked stuff) but if you are gone all day it would be a great way to know that if he is hungry he can pick at something.
