poor little man.. i say YES to all of those things... his poor little system must be very messed up..... does the vet know he isn't eating much?? but taht might be because he is teething... oh the poor little guy... .the loose poop could be a fluke too.. he may have gotten into something ... could be the vit K.... could be everything!!! how much longer for the K?? cna you wait to see when that is done if things clear up?? give him a big hug and kiss from Layla and I
