That is a terrible story. My heart goes out to those children. It's crazy how people can be so horrible they will do anything to hurt these kids. I do think we need to be safe I wish my district paid for it though. Like BubblPopElectrc said you pay so much for classes and they don't cover these things and as a first year teacher last year just out of school I was broke and my first check went to fingerprinting/checks and mentor fees. It's really sad how we have to protect kids now a days - teachers are supposed to be people you can trust
