I know. I completely understand why they do the background checks and they are necessary, but once you are fingerprinted one time and in the national system I don't think you should have to spend $75 every time you switch school to be re-fingerprinted. I just can't figure out why they can't just run your background check ($7) and see that I've gone through the process and have been cleared to work with children. My fingerprints aren't changing any time soon, at least I don't think they are???
