Biting, especially at only 2 months old, is very normal. Usually puppies learn bite inhibition between 8-12 weeks from its mother and littermates (which is one reason they should be with the mother until 12 weeks). The biting you're describing is just playing - a lot of dogs bite when they play with each other. You should be able to tell if they are just playing or fighting.
