Welcome! As far as I know there isn't a Yorkie club in Oregon. The YTC of Northern California is one and Mount Rainier YT Club in Washington are I think the closest to you. You can check on YTCA.org to find clubs and breeders. I suggest looking for an exhibitor/breeder to mentor you. It makes all the difference in the world having someone to teach you hands on. You can find shows in your area by going to Jack Onofrio dog shows site or Infodog.com. Going to shows is a great to watch and learn and meet exhibitors that can help. wayhttp://www.sweetyblue.com/ does have some very good grooming videos that help, but nothing beats having a good mentor.
