Awww I'm sorry your having sleeping problems

Well i have insomnia and i have it bad so i know how you feel. I fthis is an on going problem i would talk to your doctor about taking something at night for it. they have great meds now that are not habit forming that might help you. I have 2 small kids so taking meds like this is out of the question for me but you should try something. I get on average about 1 to 3 hours a sleep a night and there are times i go a few days with no sleep at all. It's the worst thing. Good luck and i hope you get some help.
