It has alot to do with the breed they are very energentic during the puppy stage and start to slow down just a tad as they get older. The bitting of the hands and feet some is teething and the other is that when the pup is taking from the mother to early they don't learn not to bite peoples hands. I have a problem like that with one of my little guys he is a rescue two years old and loves to bite our hands and it has to do with him being taken from his mom real early.
There is this raw hide that I love that i give to my little guys its a mint rawhide natural from beefeaters they love it and usually when my little starts to bite me I give it to him so he knows the difference between the to. Also when your little one starts to bite you with a firm voice NO and just point No tapping them because they just think you are playing. This worked with my guy and he still tries to bite him hands but this gets him to stop
