What should I do?? 
Bell who is now 2 yrs old is peeing in the house. I thought I had it down, she would ring the bell near the door and I would let her out on the deck. Now she just pees!! Its a little cooler here now in the winter and I don't leave the door open as much, but she always rang the bell, Now she just squats, Even right in front of me.. She knows shes doing wrong, beacuse right after I'll see her and say "Bell what did you do" and she runs and hides.
Any Suggestions!
