Yea usually i do really early, like 6-7 AM before i eat but today i woke up late and didnt get to do it until tonight so i did it for 1/2 hr extra, usually i run for 30 min. Afterwards i had 1/2 banana and celery with lemon and a little piece of lasagna cause my mom just cooked it and i had to cuz it looked so good, you know how that goes..lol but anyway she did it with lowfat cheese and whole wheat pasta, etc. My brother is a health nut and his gf studied nutrition and teaches health so they got her into cooking more healthy. So that's it and ive been drinking water and selzer water. And diet pepsi Max or coke ZERO, only sometimes tho
