Another recipe to add...I give Zoe dry during the day and homecook at night so I don't really measure the portions (and I know there's a huge debate about portioningin) or add supplements
olive oil
ground beef, chicken, or turkey or turkey breast peeled
carbs (brown rice or alternate with pasta)
veggies (brocolli, green beans, carrots, peas, spinach, or whatever I have on hand) + add 1 tomato
flavor with rosemary or other herbs
salt
I keep it semi stewy although their face gets really yucky with wet foods so I keep it on the runny but not so soupy side |
I cooked this for Royce today and he ate it in one second . Usually I cook everything separate and then mix, but today I cooked chiken and ground beef in olive oil then added water an rosemary then I added rice and after ten minutes I put grated carrots, zuchini and peas . Before serving I put on top little bit of mozarella cheese for flavor . It was very tasty to me and Royce loved it . Thanks for sharing
