[romeos mommy]

When I visit my Mom, she has an older male yorkie , sometimes Romeo likes to try to hump him. I think it's a dominance issue. My mom's dog is getting older and I think Romeo wants to take on the dominant role. He doesn't get a lipstick...but he tortures my mom's dog. How do I get him to stop. He seems crazed. Please help!
