You want your puppy to have had all rounds of shots plus a bordatella vaccine before going to the groomer so I wouldn't take her until after that last round. If the last round is a couple weeks away you might want to go ahead and start looking for a groomer and make an appointment because the best grooming places sometimes book up over a week in advance. For now I would just have someone hold her and try to trim around her butt yourself...just be careful that you dont cut her. I've never heard of a puppy having that bad of cling-ons unless its having soft or runny stools. The stools should be pretty firm.
