LOL, That is exactly what I did when mine went through this stage. I would holler from them and run around the yard really happy... THey would think... Ooooooo FUN! and chase and bark at me. I could then just reach down and pick them up. During that stage I worked hard on teaching the command come and would give them a treat. I would Holler "Come" and shake the box of treats... Now, we all know they were not excited about the word "Come" but knew that was their treat box being shook. Slowling but surely I weaned them to not having to have treats all the time. Still every now and again they get a little bug up their butts and try it and I brake out the treats.. LOL
