Oh wow, I can see that meeting a lot of resistance, in a way its animal abuse! Bet ya PETA won't like to hear that! How can the town be so thoughtless? I know that humans are technically more important for water consumption, but animals cannot be made to suffer either! I hope you guys get lots of rain soon! Its hot here today too, over 95 and very humid! They have a heat advisory out so I guess the boys are staying in today in the air conditioning!
