I think it is, when we first got Abby she seemed to always be sort of out of energy, and at first i thought it was just b/c she was a puppy.
Then we switched her food to Eukanuba small breed puppy, and sure enough about 1-2 weeks later she was full of energy and always having fun, like a puppy
really should be.
But I have also heard bad things about Eukanuba, like that they use bad by products and stuff. But I have always fed her it since I got her and she has never had any health problems so far, so its working for me. I would definitely recommend it.
