We can't blame the children for this. She should of been there saying, "that's not how we play with the doggie." I have a baby and he never has hurt or bothered the dogs. They don't bother him so he finds no interest in them. I never leave him alone in a room with them just in case something did happen. She needs to be more responsible than that. How can she still have custody of her kids? She can't even take care of herself let alone other human beings and animals.
