Thanks for the coupon!! Chloe actually stayed at their hotel couple weeks ago!! I actually upgraded her to a suite (with TV and almost sound proof). I also called in and checked her on. They had a bone booth service which I found interesting!! They actually put your furbabies on the phone with you!! Of coz Chloe didn't talk or bark on the phone when I called in, but the staff told me when Chloe heard the word "mommy", her ears moved!!! They also provided you a report card too when you checked your furbaby out.
