IMO, she does not look like pure Yorkie. She is still cute though. 9 weeks is very early for her to be away from her mom and littermates. I would definately have her checked ASAP since you say that she seems to be having problems walking...
Was this lady a breeder? Did you notice these problems before you bought her, or after you got her home? Something just doesn't seem right with this situation...
Have you called the lady to ask her about your concerns? Sounds to me like she has a much better home and a caring owner now that she is with you.
