It sounds like what you are dealing with is a contact allergy. He may have a secondary skin infection,that needs to be treated with antibiotics, the Maleseb shampoo will help but won't cure the entire problem. (I assume that is the shampoo he is on). The next vet visit I think I would ask them about the possibility of a bacterial skin infection. good luck, skin issues are always so frustrating! |
