I believe that in Michigan, a dog must have more than one severe biting report on file before action is really taken, and I think (although I don't agree) that it is only for attacking humans.
Amy, I'm so glad that Sadie is going better. Sadie may never have the same hair again since she kind-of was scalped in a few areas, but she'll always be your baby and very special miracle girl!! I do think the dog and owners need some kind of training class, but they would also have to really follow those guidelines all the time and most people just won't. Very sad!!
