That really should be too incredibly difficult. If you can't find anyone, there are web hosting services that offer template based web designs where all you have to do is enter all your info, pictures, music, etc...
If you are patient, I've been using Microsoft Expression Web lately, and it's pretty user friendly if you are computer literate. It's takes a lot of patience if you are new to it, but it will do ANYTHING that you want and generate the coding for you.
