I think that even if you settled, there should still have been some kind of stipulation. I thought if animal control got involved over an attack or bite, the dog had to be quarantined for a certain amount of time and registered as a "dangerous" dog. I think they do that here anyway. There are certain stipulations for dangerous dogs...like being muzzled on walks and obvioulsy 100% obeying leash laws. The dog needs some behavial training
