The one in Maine, the bright one, that one was VERY different. For one, it was bigger. Maybe the size of my entire opened hand. It was much much much brighter, I am not kidding when I say it was such a bright white light that it had a bluish tinge to it. It was also brighter in the center with a kind of, I don't know how to explain it. It was like a dense center, with a circle around it. Kind of like a bullseye but with only the center and then one outer ring. I sat there staring at it, it moved around and kind of "danced". The others I can easily see being just a flash of light from someplace or something, maybe a trick of my eye. This one was very real and very there. It wasn't scary at all. It was kind of, "I see you and you see me, look what I can do". Then it just went away. I don't even remember HOW it went away. It was like it was there, then it wasn't. I don't recall seeing it disappear or anything. It just wasn't there anymore. Since seeing that one, I have seen other orbs that while not as bright as that one, they are brighter than the ones I saw before then. Although I still see the smaller, dimmer ones as well.
The house in Maine I KNOW without a doubt was haunted. I wasn't the only one to see and hear things there. There are lots of stories about that old house. It belonged to my ex-in laws. I'm not sure how many of the stories were true, and how many were told in an attempt to scare me.
I feel weird now. I didn't know it was "rare" to see them. Like I said, I've seen them my whole life. I don't remember NOT seeing them, so I've always thought that was kind of normal. I always thought it was just light or something hitting my eye at a certain angle causing it. |
