ok i am not going to get on my soap box .. but its so sad that so much of our ag land is now housing and so many companys out source there work to other countrys Nike has been doing it for years to places that dont have envirometal laws or human rights and also have you heard people talking about hard to find a job ... when our major companys all outsorce to china mexico india. see no soap box well mebe a widdle soap box
