I booked both dogs at the time that I bought my tickets. If you already have your tickets, I would highly recommend that you call now to try to reserve space for them as many airlines only allow a couple of pets per flight. I definitely wouldn't try to sneak them as I am sure that someone will catch that. I would be honest about the number you are taking with you, just leave out the age of the pups. I have never had anyone ask how old they are, they just wanted to make sure that the two fit comfortably in there together.
