Tinka's hair is extremely thick and cottony ~ matts very easily and I keep her short. The hair on her head is not cottony so I leave that a little longer.

Brea has thicker, very straight hair. Don't really know if it's actually silky... but it is pretty... I love brushing her... much to her dismay.

As for my new Morkie... I'm not sure what she will be like. I do know that her hair is very thick.
My girls are alot like yours.!! Matter of fact Sadie looks like your Kaya! Sadies coat is very easy to brush, her coat is kind of coarse, and her butt hair is kind of wavy too! Not very long. Her back is very black and has a gold face and legs. Lillie's coat is beautiful (don't tell Sadie I said this LOL) she is turning a light steel and has a very light tan face. Her coat touches the floor. It is soft and very silky.I wouldn't say her coat is thick but, it isn't thin either. She used to matt terribly but, since her puppy coat is just about grown out I haven't had many matt problems. I have had to trim her coat a couple of times because it would drag on the floor. Lillie is only 14 months old so I know her coat is not done changing. Sadie is 3 1/2 yrs so she is done growing coat. By the way...your babies are adorable!
