At 7 weeks she may be young to be eating the hard kibble..there are some breeders on this website that will have great info for you but for the time being I beleive that your baby should be eating at least 4 times a day with kibble left out all day...maybe try softening up her kibble with some water making it an almsot oatmeal consistency...then as per your vet give the baby food. She needs to be checked out ASAP and shoudl not go out yet until all her shots.
