I think everyones babies on here are just beautiful..smaller or larger..
My breeder breeds and shows, i think her dogs have to be a certain weight/height to show & breed from ( i know nothing about showing) looking at pictures of her show dogs i would say they are all between 5-7lbs and are all very beautiful! The puppy i'm getting from her next month is being sold because she will be too small to show or breed from and my breeder has told me not to expect her to be much more than 3-4lbs..she may get bigger than that..who knows? If she gets to 4lbs..that will be fantastic..not too small and not too big..a perfect size in my opinion. I think myself very lucky to have found a breeder who is responsible enough to realise that this pup would not be big enough to show/breed and just wants to find a good pet only home for her..some breeders may have bred from her to produce the tiny ones and make themselves a profit! Without upsetting anyone..i do think some people are a little too obsessive about size/weight and almost turn it into a competition to see who has the smallest.
